I have been happy with the speed of our internet, however there are times it drags and we find out they are working on a line. The pricing bothers me because in order to also receive cable for our tv we'd have to pay a lot more, and I feel they should bundle them better. All in all I can say I am satisfied with the speed and service, but I wish they offered lower combined rates.

Ive had charter several times throughout my life, at first they were great, but over the last 10 years or so they have been on a steady decline. I currently have them and can not switch to anyone else. The service is so bad, I'm lucky to watch a show without having to reset everything and contact spectrum. Never mind if anybody does gaming or have medical zoom appointments. I have to use a hot-spot from my phone to write this review. The internet is so terrible, good luck trying to get help for it, they will constantly blame the consumer. I've replaced my router and modem several times, switched brands to ones they recommended, still terrible service. Spectrum is not worth the time and money and stress for one service. They are not worth it. If you can go with a local fiber line, do it. if you cant. I'm with you there.
