I would appreciate them not raising their prices whenever they want just for fun. My bill changes annually, if not every 6 months.

I have used them in the past and left due to rate increases. I came back due to price drop. I will leave again if the price increases more than what I can get somewhere else.

Improve the performance of the connectivity. Runs okay some of the time but can be slow.

Mediacom often has outages and when we try to comtact them we get placed on hold for over 30 minutes. I am very dissatisfied with their high prices but they are the only internet service in town.
