Mediacom monopoly

Pro: Decent speed

Con: Ridiculous price structure

I've been with Mediacom since 1985 and they still continue to raise my price in favor of offering lower costs to conquest new customers. The service is not very reliable...don't bother to get DVR from them...they never work and are used equipment. I can't get any other service because there are no other providers where I live. They take advantage of their long term customers. If I drop my phone service to save costs, the monthly cost actually goes up. I hate Mediacom!

Pro: good speed

Con: too expensive

I'm satisfied with the speed, and have been a customer for several years, but the cost keeps going up. specials are offered, but only for new customers. I've had dsl but gave it up and went to mediacom. I would love to find a service that gives good streaming speed for less than $30-35 a month.

Pro: Speeds are Fast

Con: Unreliable

Having subsribed to and Internet and phone package everything was good until about a month ago, the speeds are good but the internet connection is so unreliable. I keep having to re-set the router and the connection can drop out at anytime, the customer support have been no help, but due to have a tech guy round this week to have a look at the problem. If the problem can be solved I would be happy to stay with them, as long as the Internet can be reliable.

Pro: Reliable service

Con: Not the best speed

Having been with mediacom for a couple of years and moving to them from dsl I found their speeds and service in general to be great. Over the last couple of months the connection speeds have been dropping and the service has not been as reliable and is not as good value for money as it used to be. The tech support team are looking into the problem and hopefully will find a solution.

Mediacom High Speed Internet

Mediacom reviews

Television, home phone, and internet are all services that most Americans want and need these days. Some people decide to opt for these as standalone services, as they may not want to take all of them out. Others decide to opt for a bundle deal, which include two or all of these services in one package. Whatever the choice, there are a number of different providers out there that offer standalone entertainment and communication services as well as bundled packages. This includes the communication company Mediacom.

Mediacom is one of a huge range of providers that offer services such as these. For those who have never used this provider before the difficulty will be to determine whether the provider is right for their needs and offers the service, quality, and value that they want. However, unless you know someone that has already signed up with the provider or has been with the provider in the past it can be very difficult to get an unbiased and objective opinion.

Find out what others think with Mediacom reviews

One way to find out more about what others have thought of the service, quality and value for money offered by Mediacom is to read up on Mediacom reviews from people that have already used, or still use, the provider and the services. This is the next best thing to word of mouth, as it means that you get to find out what others thought of the company and the services with the peace of mind that the reviews are based on experience.

You can learn a huge amount from these Mediacom reviews, which means that you will be able to make a decision on whether this is the right provider based on what you learn from the reviews. Look at comments about the aspects that are important to you, such as internet speed, quality of services, level of customer care, and price. All of these things will be ones that determine the suitability of this provider and its services.

Use the Internet to find reviews

If you are looking for Mediacom reviews then the internet is the first place to look. You will find many Mediacom reviews to read up on when you go online, and the more of these reviews you read the better it will be. By reading a range of reviews from a number of customers you will get a far better idea of the overall satisfaction levels amongst consumers when it comes to Mediacom and its offering. This will help you to make a far more informed decision with regards to your broadband, TV and home services, which could save you a lot of time and hassle over the long term.
