New mobile broadband from AT&T offers flexibility to businesses

According to recent reports a new mobile broadband bundle that has been made available by the communications giant AT&T could offer businesses greater flexibility when it comes to operating whilst on the go.

Communications and broadband giant AT&T has recently announced the launch of a new broadband data bundle that should offer increased convenience, ease, and flexibility to small businesses that need to be able to enjoy high speed broadband whilst on the go. More and more businesses are realising the benefits of having access to high speed mobile broadband, and the new bundle from AT&T will enable small businesses to reap the benefits of this technology.

The new bundle is called ‘AT&T Broadband on the Go’ and officials have said that the new bundle offers greater options for companies to stay connected to employees, customers, and affiliates. The bundle includes high speed internet access, mobile broadband, WiFi, and unlimited online computer data backup with remote access from any broadband web-connected device.

Through August this bundle is available for less than ninety dollars a month, and could really benefit businesses that need to be able to access their data from anywhere and want to stay connected whilst on the move.

Kneko Burney, president of Compass Intelligence, a market analyst firm, said: “We estimate that small businesses make up roughly 38 percent of business wireless subscribers, while comprising about 45 percent of wireless data spend. As such, small businesses are a crucial segment of the wireless data market, and these customers’ spending is only expected to rise in the coming years. Additionally, our research shows that small businesses spend more on average per user for wireless data than their enterprise counterparts, primarily because a greater percentage of their workforce is mobile and likely to rely only on wireless for their business connectivity.”
