Users that opt for Virgin’s USA’s mobile broadband prepay plans can now enjoy increased data allowance without having to pay any extra money.
Many Americans are keen to get onto the mobile broadband bandwagon but for some there are a number of issues that stand in the way, including the cost of the mobile broadband services and the contract length that they may end up getting tied in for. However, in order to enjoy greater flexibility with regards to cost and to avoid lengthy contracts some people decide to opt for prepay mobile broadband services.
Virgin in the United States has recently announced some good news for consumers that are opting for its prepay mobile broadband service, as it has decided to increase the data allowance on its prepay mobile broadband packages without increasing the cost. The changes basically mean that consumers will be able to get more data usage for their money, which means that they can enjoy far greater value for money.
On the prepay mobile broadband package that cost sixty dollars a month users used to get just 1GB of data, but this has now been significantly increased to 5Gb of data for the same price. Officials believe that the increases in data allowance from Virgin have brought its services more in line with those offered by a number of other communications giants such as Sprint, Verizon, and AT&T.
There are also other packages on prepay mobile broadband that consumers can choose from based on their budget, and this includes a service for twenty dollars a month that now comes with 300Mb of data usage and a package for forty dollars a month that now comes with 1Gb of data usage.
