A recent survey has been carried out showing that high speed internet is the one technology that many people have said that they could not manage without.
A recent survey was carried out into the technology that has had the greatest impact on households, and which technology people will find it difficult to manage without. The survey results showed that the technology that most people said that they could not live without was high speed internet.
These days people use high speed broadband for all sorts of things, from business use and entertainment to shopping, education, and more. Many people who are in the younger age bracket will not even remember life without broadband and would find it especially difficult to cope without this technology.
The survey was carried out by Zogby Interactive, and the results showed that the types of technology that people said that they would find it difficult to cope without varied based on factors such as age group and gender, but high speed internet was a technology that many people said they could not live without.
Many younger people said that they would not be able to survive without access to Facebook, whereas older people were the ones that pinpointed high speed internet as the most important thing. Those aged in their mid thirties to their mid fifties were split between the two with regards to the thing that they thought had the most impact.
The survey referred to the variou8s technologies that had impacted on households over the past ten years, and twenty four percent said high speed internet. Facebook came second with twenty two percent, and in third place cam Google with ten percent.
