Tranzeo selected by Nth Air for provision of WiMax network

According to a recent report Tranzeo Wireless Technologies has been selected to partner with Nth Air, a service provider involved in the deployment of wireless services, for the provision of a WiMax and WiFi network.

It has been reported recently that a leading service provider involved in the deployment of wireless services has selected Tranzeo Wireless Technologies as a WiMax and WiFi equipment partner to assist in the creation of a national network. The first purchase order to Tranzeo is to the value of four and half million dollars.

According to the report Nth Air is dealing with contracts that involve providing the network to twenty eight thousand subscribers, and this is across three states in America. The company also has plans to provide similar services through the set up of these networks on a national level. California, Florida, and Texas are the first three states that will receive the networks, and installations in these states are set to begin in February.

The President of Tranzeo Wireless, Dave Gelvin, stated: “Nth Air has the vision, enthusiasm, and contracts, to build out one of the largest broadband wireless networks in the US. We are excited to be working closely with Nth Air to offer a combination of WiMAX and WiFi solutions to provide the most cost-effective services to underserved areas of America.”

Craig Niemeyer, CEO of Nth Air, stated: “We selected Tranzeo as our partner for our nationwide rollout as a result of the many successful applications we have deployed previously with Tranzeo’s equipment. We have experience with most of the other WiMAX and WiFi suppliers and concluded that Tranzeo has the best solutions for cost-effective broadband services and the broadest family of products which allows us to select the right technology for each service area.”
