Verizon Droid X2 by Motorola spotted in video
Techno Buffalo scored real big when one of their friends supplied them with a video that shows a Verizon Droid X2. The video also compares the X2 with the original Droid X.
This is a coup as Motorola had denied the Droid X2 even exists.
Aside from missing a dedicated camera shutter button, the X2 looks pretty much the same as the original X.
The specs include a 4.3-inch screen (960 x 540) and a 1.2 GHz Dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor.
At the present it seems to be running Android 2.2 Froyo with the latest version of Motoblur.
It has an 8 Megapixel with LED flash and capability to shoot 720p HD video.
You will be able to play your games and movies on a large screen TV with the micro HDMIplug.
Battery life is reportedly good, but that is to be expected since it does not have 4G network capability.
Techno Buffalo reports a very fast score of 2453 on the quadrant test.
I have to question whether or not someone provided TB with the video. They let it slip by saying “We were able to run a Quadrant test…” and that shows they must have had their actual hoofs (buffalos have hoofs, right?) on a Droid X2 themselves!
